    Send the plan from your builder. We prepare a preliminary layout and estimate for every window and closet.

    Design consultation

    Choose fabrics, opacity, motorization and closet finishes with a designer — in person or by video.

    Measure at PDI

    We join your pre-delivery inspection, or the first access day, to take exact measurements of the finished unit.

  4. 04

    Installed at occupancy

    Everything is made to measure in advance and installed in one coordinated visit. You move into a finished home.

FAQ

Good questions.

When should I contact you?

As soon as you have your floor plan, ideally 3–6 months before occupancy. That gives time to design, order and schedule installation for your move-in week.

Can you measure before the building is finished?

We estimate from the floor plan, then take final measurements at your PDI or first access day. Nothing is made until exact measurements are confirmed.

Is it allowed by my builder or condo association?

We follow each building's rules for window coverings, installation hours and elevator bookings, and we're insured for work in condominium buildings.

What if my occupancy date changes?

It happens often. We keep your order on hold and reschedule installation around the new date at no extra cost.

Which areas do you serve?

New developments across Miami-Dade and Broward, from Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater to Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Coconut Grove, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale.

Do you work on resale homes too?

Yes. Our focus is new construction, but we're happy to quote any home.
